About: A leading Japanese urban planning, architectural design and engineering studio, Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei is one of three members of the TMT consortium chosen by the Club for its Redevelopment Project. It is the local architect for the project and has designed the Club’s temporary facility at Takanawa. Originally part of Mitsubishi Estate (also a TMT consortium member), Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei became a subsidiary company in 2001.

The company has more than 400 employees who work on a variety of important projects in Japan, including condominiums, hotels and office buildings. Its diverse experience has proved useful in working on the mixed-use requirements of the Club.

The firm has won prizes for a number of projects, including the distinctive Nihon TV Tower in Minato-ku and the Mitsubishi Miraikan sports and cultural center in Aichi Prefecture. It is currently at work on the Peninsula Tokyo Hotel in central Tokyo.
